In parallel, the role also supports API and SDK integration projects by providing technical guidance across the wider integration lifecycle. This position plays a key role within the organisation and reports to the Senior Manager of Implementations.

  • Support application‑level integration projects using APIs and SDKs by providing technical guidance and oversight throughout development, testing, and go‑live phases

  • Act as a customer‑facing delivery lead, managing expectations, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring clear and consistent communication

  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as Engineering, Support, Security, and Professional Services to ensure successful customer outcomes

Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with API and SDK‑based integrations

  • Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and XML

  • Exposure to application‑level integrations as part of customer onboarding or implementation projects
