As a Technical Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, setting and maintaining engineering standards, managing technical files, mentoring, and training engineers.

We seek candidates passionate about making a difference in the water-environmental sector, with a practical and positive outlook. Experience in the water industry, particularly in wastewater treatment or engineering delivery processes, is preferable. However, enthusiasm and a responsive approach to wastewater treatment solutions are most important.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical and process support on/off site and to clients
• Review non-routine jobs before workshop handover
• Assist with equipment specification and project preparation
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and commissioning plans
• Develop and implement technical training plans for new engineers, sales, and external agents
• Develop video tutorials and standard working practices

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), HNC or above
• Experience in technical writing for SOPs, RAMS, commissioning plans, etc., in water treatment or related industries (desirable)
• Strong understanding of water treatment processes, equipment, and systems
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 standards and relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, innovative, with a positive attitude
