Technical Services Coordinator

London - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Technical Services Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in London W2 6BD.

As a Technical Services Coordinator you'll:

  • Diagnose and fix basic issues with building services, furniture, fixtures and fittings, including all fabric of the buildings.
  • Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, painting & decorating tasks.
  • Act as main point of contact for building management system and computerised maintenance management system.
  • Conduct risk assessments for standard tasks prioritising safety.
  • Help plan and schedule tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Step in for facilities coordinator when needed.
  • Respond to urgent alarms and non-urgent alarms in accordance with SLA targets.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and PPE ensuring good working condition.

What we're looking for:

  • 5 years experience in building services.
  • Technical qualification in electrical/mechanical skill - City and Guilds parts 1, 2, 3 Electrical or equivalent & 18th edition IEE regs is desired.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Numerate and computer literate.
  • Regulated working background.
  • 5 years experience leading/managing teams with good leadership skills and able to make decisions and take responsibility.
  • Good team player.
