Job summary

Sika is seeking an apprentice for the Preston office to support the Building Envelope Technical Team. You will manage incoming calls and emails, gather information, and route inquiries to the right staff to maintain high service standards.

You'll gain hands-on experience in roofing systems, learn across the team, and work toward achieving an NVQ Level 3 qualification with strong education and workplace support.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English completed.
• Good communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails from stakeholders, gathering data and allocating accordingly.
• Monitor internal specification requests, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Engage in technical processes to progress projects from opportunities through to onsite and final guarantee stages.
