Job summary

The Dunbia Group, Dungannon, is seeking a Technical Services Administrator to support the FSQ Team and ensure site testing compliance. The role reports to the Technical Services Supervisor and involves data logging, testing result communication, and maintaining documentation.

Ideal candidate has administration experience in a food manufacturing environment, strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Proven organisational skills with an ability to work to strict deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to investigate and problem solve
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Collection and testing of Chemical Water samples
• Collection or management and logging of samples sent externally for testing
• Review, authorisation and communication of all testing results including retests as required
• Raising non-conformance alerts as required
• Weekly / Monthly trending of testing results
• Internal species and allergen testing
• Managing and maintaining all relevant documentation
• Management of stock items, consumables, test kits etc
• Presenting documentation to auditors / visitors as required
• Other associated technical duties
