Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering with good academic record.
• 1–3 years of professional work experience in the field is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 12-month training program to learn company products and support processes.
• Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues with senior staff guidance.
• Learn to use diagnostic tools, software and equipment relevant to technical service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
