Job summary

Central Employment is seeking an SEO Lead / Technical SEO Lead to shape strategy, drive innovation, and deliver measurable organic growth for a diverse client portfolio.

You will own technical SEO across multiple brands, optimize crawl/indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site architecture while collaborating with content, paid media, and development teams to drive performance and commercial impact. Mentoring junior teammates is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SEO strategy with emphasis on technical SEO and site performance.
• Experience working with large-scale eCommerce sites and retail environments.
• Proficient with industry tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Sitebulb, GSC, GA4).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of technical SEO strategies across multiple eCommerce accounts.
• Conduct comprehensive technical audits and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency innovation.
• Collaborate with Content, Paid Media, and Development teams to maximise search visibility.
