Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Technical Salesperson to grow our UK and Ireland sales through proactive account management and new business development. You will translate customer needs into industrial solutions and build lasting relationships.

Based in our South Warwickshire office, you will enjoy a company car and quarterly commission on top of a competitive salary, with regular customer visits and occasional supplier meetings in Europe and Japan.

Technical Salesperson £40,000-£50,000 (70k OTE) + Company Car + 2% Quarterly Commission + Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm + Early Finish Friday (1pm)

South Warwickshire - Office Based - Commutable from Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and surrounding areas

You'll play a key role in growing sales across the UK and Ireland, with your contribution clearly visible within a small, close-knit team.

This specialist UK distributor and technical support partner supplies industrial instrumentation and components from world-class manufacturers.

In this role, you'll develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and work closely with customers to provide solutions suited to their applications. Therelationships you build and the business you secure will directly influence the company's revenue, customer base and future growth.

Alongside the earning potential, you'll benefit from a company car, varied customer visits and occasional supplier meetings and training in Europe and Japan-all with an early finish every Friday.

This role would suit an ambitious Technical Sales professional who wants to take ownership of sales opportunities, see the commercial impact of their work and earn commission alongside a competitive basic salary.

The Role:

• Grow sales across the UK and Ireland through account management and new business development.


• Build long-term customer relationships and turn technical requirements into sales opportunities.


• Directly contribute to company revenue, customer retention and business growth.


• Office based in South Warwickshire, with customer visits and a company car provided.


• Occasional supplier meetings and training visits in Europe and Japan.


• £40,000-£50,000 basic salary plus 2% quarterly commission.


• Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm, with a Friday finish at approximately 1pm.

The Person:

• Proven experience in technical sales.


• Comfortable selling industrial products and solutions, such as instrumentation, sensors or components.


• Commercially driven, with the motivation to grow accounts and win new business.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to understand customer applications.


• Willing to travel to customer sites and occasionally overseas.


• Full UK driving license.
