Job summary

Colten Care has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Surveyor to join our Homelifts Team in the Manchester area. You will be responsible for the sales, survey and post-installation inspection of home lifts and related systems across the North West region, with occasional travel beyond.

The role requires proven surveying experience, strong communication and numeracy, and a valid driving licence. Training on homelift products is provided, with a company vehicle included.

Qualifications

• Essential: experience in assessing and surveying to a high standard.
• Beneficial: good understanding of products involved; training provided on homelift products.
• Excellent communication and first-class presentation; numeracy and IT literacy important.
• GCSE English Grade C or above required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer appointment requests and coordinate with the contact centre to ensure efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators throughout procurement and installation.
• Understand the sales process and improve sales ability through meetings and training.
• Know the products and competitors to sell Stannah products in competitive situations.
• Assess client needs through questioning and specify suitable products.
• Survey accurately and provide a comprehensive specification including a CAD drawing.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, honesty, integrity and safety.
