Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technical Sales Representative to join a growing commercial team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing and developing relationships with key customers, while also driving business growth through new opportunities across varied markets.

Working closely with internal sales, customer service, and technical support teams, you'll play a central role in delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships. The position requires strong commercial insight, technical understanding and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding needs and challenges.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (virtual and in-person) and report findings to management.
  • Track and report on account performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances.
  • Support internal teams with technical queries and account management.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of high-value opportunities through CRM.
  • Ensure quotes and estimates are aligned with customer requirements and cost strategies.
  • Contribute to sales forecasts, pricing reviews, and commercial reporting.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across diverse markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and procurement to deliver tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in account management within a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Engineering qualification would be ideal.
