Arthur Grosvenor Recruitment seeks a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth across the UK & Ireland in the pharmaceutical tooling and packaging sector. The role offers high autonomy and ownership of the territory, with a focus on new business development and key account management.

The ideal candidate has a background in technical sales, pharma tooling/packaging, and strong negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as required.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience in a technical/engineering sector.
• Background in pharmaceutical tooling or packaging preferred.
• Experience with IHolland, Prodieco, Bosch Packaging, Syntegon.
• Technical education (Engineer/Technician) preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing accounts.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Provide product support and training where needed.
• Track pipeline and report on activity.
• Work with internal teams on proposals.
• Manage own schedule, travel, and sales approach independently.
