What You Will Do:

  • Drive strategic growth and win new business, focusing on valves, expansion joints, and related products.
  • Deliver focused sales campaigns and manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Produce detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to deliver solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends and customer requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.

What You Will Have:

  • A technical mindset, with a qualification in Mechanical Engineering (Level 3 or above).
  • Experience in technical sales or a customer-facing engineering role within valves, pumps, flow control, or manufacturing.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret complex specifications and negotiate contracts.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive and ambition to develop your technical and consultative sales skills with a market leader.
  • Fluency in a second European language and experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas or Power are advantageous.
