Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and drive the team to fulfill potential
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and clients to drive revenue growth
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements
  • Collaborate with the Engineering department to discuss the feasibility of customer requirements and designs

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing industries is essential
  • Experience within an engineering/manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience selling electro-mechanical, heating and ventilation, electrical, or electronic products desirable
