Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited, through Fusion Utilities, is looking for a Technical Sales Estimator in Chesterfield. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00am - 5.00pm, offering a salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will be the point of contact for strategic Wolseley Infrastructure customers regarding estimates, quotations and tenders, manage customer requirements, and drive sales growth through effective quoting and contract

Qualifications

• Experience within Water, Power, Gas or Civils sector is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of technical sales and contract pricing.
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and framework agreements would be advantageous.
• Ability to provide technical advice and solution-based sales support.

Responsibilities

• Providing a point of contact for strategic Wolseley Infrastructure customers regarding estimates, quotations and tenders.
• Dealing with customers’ requirements and ensure associated administrative processes are completed.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service to key focus customers to maximise sales potential.
• Driving sales and margin growth through means of effective quoting and contract support acquisition.
• Helping to develop new and existing business opportunities through expertise and relationship building with customers, Key Account Managers, Regional Directors and Suppliers.
• Working closely with suppliers to obtain contract support and keep up-to-date with new products and price increases.
