Job description

Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Estimator

Location: Hounslow

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + commission (up to £55,000 based on targets)

Job Duties:
  1. Build relationships with new and existing customers via telephone, email, and meetings.
  2. Achieve individual sales targets by winning new projects.
  3. Prepare quotations and estimate steel structure prices based on technical drawings and customer information, using our bespoke ERP system.
  4. Prepare project documentation, including hand sketches.
  5. Manage projects effectively.
  6. Answer incoming calls during working hours.
  7. Liaise with suppliers.
Skills and Qualifications:

We seek an ambitious individual passionate about customer service, with the ability to understand customer needs and communicate confidently. Essential skills include problem-solving, decision-making, organization, procedural mindset, prioritization, attention to detail, data analysis, understanding 3D structures, and excellent communication and writing skills. Experience in sales, particularly technical sales, is preferred.

Additional Details:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm

Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, including 4 days during Christmas.
