Job summary

CIRCOR International, Hale Hamilton, in the Greater London area (Uxbridge), is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to prepare technically accurate and commercially competitive quotations for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves, and related equipment. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop solutions meeting both technical and commercial requirements.

This is a full-time, onsite role with working days Monday through Thursday and Fridays off, offering a comprehensive

Qualifications

• HNC in mechanical/electro-mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience in technical quotations, estimating, applications engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in regulated industries such as Defence, Oil & Gas, Flow Control, Marine is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customer enquiries by phone, email and channels.
• Prepare technically accurate and commercial quotations aligned with customer needs and policies.
• Review historical quotations and project costs to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Business Development to devise cost-effective, compliant solutions.
• Liaise with stakeholders to obtain pricing, lead times and delivery needs.
• Support tender submissions and manage complex enquiries.
• Maintain quotation records and pricing databases.
• Assist Quotations Team Lead to ensure efficient department operation and safety standards.
