Job summary

Acs Business Performance is looking for a technically minded Technical Sales Engineer to join our Northwich team. You will identify new sales opportunities, support existing customers and deliver tailored technical solutions across environmental monitoring, instrumentation and vehicle testing technologies.

This role combines technical knowledge with customer relationship management and business development, including demonstrations, training and compelling commercial proposals for a wide range

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales, engineering, instrumentation or related field.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Customer-focused approach and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Commercial awareness and growth-minded attitude.
• Excellent organisation and multi-priority management.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK with a driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts.
• Provide technical advice and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions and technical presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet requirements.

• Manage sales opportunities from enquiry to closure.
