Job summary

Ser- is recruiting a Technical Sales Engineer to cover Greater Manchester in a hybrid role. You will generate new business by selling AC service and maintenance contracts alongside installation and refurbishment projects.

You will build relationships with end users and M&E contractors, conduct site surveys, and prepare quotations, applying strong knowledge of commercial AC systems including VRF/VRV. Car allowance, pension, and progression opportunities are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in AC technical sales, business development or service sales.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial AC systems including splits, multi-splits and VRF/VRV.
• Ideally a background as an Air Conditioning Engineer who has progressed into sales.
• Experience selling service and maintenance contracts or AC projects.
• Knowledge of Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Toshiba equipment.

Responsibilities

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 Basic + Bonus

We are working with a well-established Air Conditioning contractor who are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Engineer to support their continued growth.

This is predominantly a new business development role, focused on selling air conditioning service and maintenance contracts alongside installation and refurbishment projects.

The company operates across commercial offices, education, retail and other commercial environments, working directly with end users and building services contractors.

The Role

• Profit-based bonus, typically £10,000 - £15,000 per year.
