Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead air conditioning sales in London. The role involves generating new installation projects, conducting site surveys, and designing AC solutions with quotations, while coordinating with suppliers and installation teams to ensure project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have AC sales, estimating or project management experience, strong design and sizing knowledge, and the ability to manage customer relationships.

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Sales Manager, Estimator or Project Manager looking to join an established and growing business offering excellent earning potential, career progression and the opportunity to play a key role in expanding an AC division?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation within the building services and HVAC industry, offering an attractive commission structure, ongoing development and the chance to take ownership of projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

The company is part of a major international home services group with a strong presence across the UK. With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a commercially driven individual to help expand their air conditioning division across London.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting site surveys, designing AC solutions and preparing quotations for residential and commercial installations. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry through to project delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and installation teams.
