Responsibilities
- Prepare tender responses and quotations.
- Engineer and cost heating and power solutions, with engineering support.
- Participate in site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities.
- Generate new opportunities in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Update and analyze CRM data daily.
- Maintain tender portals and manage opportunities through the bid process.
- Report on sales and marketing activities.
- Create proposals and presentations to promote products and services.
- Coordinate marketing activities and events.
- Ensure responsiveness to inquiries in collaboration with the Head of Sales.
- Coordinate with group bid teams.
- Support the business in winning work through sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong technical understanding of heat pumps and preferably CHPS.
- Experience in renewable energy, HVAC, or solar industries.
- Technical qualification and engineering knowledge.
- Enthusiastic and dynamic sales approach.
- Experience in bid and tender cost estimation and writing.
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Excellent MS Office skills, including Excel and presentations.
- Social media skills, especially LinkedIn.
- Energy, enthusiasm, creativity, professionalism.
- Valid driving license.
