Base pay range

At Geowarmth, we're passionate about sustainable heating solutions that make a real difference.

Salary: £30k to £40k pa depending on experience. OTE £50k to £65k (uncapped).

Role type: Full Time

Location: North Shields (In Person)

Reporting to: Managing Director

A full driving licence is required for this role.

Geowarmth are award-winning experts in the installation of carbon neutral home heating and energy solutions. With over 20 years of experience, they work on projects including heat pumps, solar panels, underfloor heating, and EV charging points, even on delicate sites like World Heritage Sites. In 2024, they became part of Hometree Group, expanding their mission to support sustainable homeownership through installation, servicing, financing, and maintenance.

The Role

This role involves managing sales communications, customer inquiries, promoting products, designing MCS-compliant heating solutions, maintaining CRM data, attending trade shows, delivering CPD sessions, and contributing to team and industry improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Calls: Manage sales calls, promote products, and guide customers.
  • Customer Outreach: Follow up on quotes and inquiries via phone, email, and online tools.
  • Manage Enquiries: Respond to quotes, questions, and complaints.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Contact qualified leads and quoted customers.
  • Design Solutions: Create compliant heating designs with schematics.
  • Ensure Compliance: Support industry standards and sales compliance.
  • Business Development: Build relationships with contractors, developers, and professionals.
  • CRM & Reporting: Track sales and performance data.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows and deliver CPD sessions.
  • Team Contribution: Share knowledge, suggest improvements, and support the team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Sector Knowledge: Domestic heating sector and Heat Pump systems.
  • Design Skills: Experience with NIBE DIM, MCS 3005, and heat loss calculations.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience.
  • CRM Proficiency: Strong CRM skills.
  • Safety & Professionalism: Commitment to safe practices and professional presentation.
  • Attitude & Teamwork: Enthusiastic, positive, team player, flexible, proactive, and independent.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects.

  • Skills-Based Interview: Detailed discussion with our Head of Sales (45 mins).
  • Final Interview: In-person with IMS Sales Director (1 hour).
