Base pay range

At Geowarmth, we're passionate about sustainable heating solutions that make a real difference.

Salary: £30k to £40k pa depending on experience. OTE £50k to £65k (uncapped)

Role type: Full Time

Location: North Shields (In Person)

Reporting to: Managing Director

A full driving licence is required for this role.

The Role

This role involves managing sales communications, customer inquiries, designing MCS-compliant heating solutions, ensuring industry standards compliance, maintaining CRM data, business development, attending trade shows, delivering CPD sessions, and contributing to team and industry best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Handle Calls: Manage sales calls, promote products/services, and guide potential customers.
  • Customer Outreach: Follow up on quotes and inquiries via phone, email, and online tools.
  • Manage Enquiries: Respond to quotes, questions, and complaints.
  • Sales Follow-Up: Contact qualified leads and quoted customers to assess and encourage engagement.
  • Design Solutions: Create MCS-compliant heat pump and underfloor heating designs with schematics.
  • Ensure Compliance: Support adherence to Consumer Code and MCS scheme.
  • Business Development: Build relationships with contractors, developers, and professionals.
  • CRM & Reporting: Keep CRM data accurate and generate sales and performance reports.
  • Industry Engagement: Deliver CPD sessions, attend trade shows, and stay updated on industry developments.
  • Team Contribution: Share knowledge, suggest improvements, and support the sales team.
What We’re Looking For
  • Sector Knowledge: Domestic heating and heat pump systems expertise.
  • Design & Specification Skills: Experience with tools like NIBE DIM, MCS 3005, and heat loss calculations.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales roles preferred.
  • CRM Proficiency: Extensive CRM system experience.
  • Safety Commitment: Adherence to safe working practices.
  • Professionalism: High personal and professional standards.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Flexibility & Proactivity: Adaptable and self-motivated.
  • Independence: Capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Our Recruitment Process
  • Initial Call: Introductory call with Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (~30 mins).
  • Skills-Based Interview: Detailed discussion with Head of Sales (~45 mins).
  • Final Interview: In-person with IMS Sales Director (~1 hour).
