The Best Connection Tamworth is seeking a proactive Technical Sales Advisor to promote products, prepare quotations and support customers throughout the sales process.

You will work closely with customers, Regional Sales Managers and the technical team to understand requirements and help convert enquiries into orders. This temp-to-perm role offers Monday to Friday hours, £13.25 per hour, weekly pay and a straightforward path to permanent employment.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is beneficial, but attitude and willingness to learn are important.
• Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
• Confident on the telephone and able to build professional relationships.
• Organised with good record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with customers via telephone and email to understand requirements.
• Generate accurate quotations for a range of products.
• Return quotations to customers promptly.
• Follow up quotations and work to secure orders.
• Maintain CRM records up-to-date.
• Present technical information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Take enquiries from initial contact through to order.
