Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Technical Sales Administrator in Borehamwood to support the sales team by maintaining the prospect database, qualifying leads and passing opportunities to the sales team for follow up. You will manage regular and lapsed customers and coordinate communications via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales administration or similar role.
• Strong communication and data accuracy.
• SAP Business One experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the marketing director.
• Maintain ongoing dialog with regular and lapsed customers to remain their first choice for future opportunities.
• Ongoing contact management via telephone and email with the prospect database.
• Cleansing of the prospect database.
• Managing and overcoming gatekeepers.
• Identifying key decision makers.
• Providing relevant product information to decision makers.
• Lead generation, qualification and passing to sales team for follow up.
• Timely follow up calls and emails after sending information to gauge interest.
• Ongoing improvement and refining of lead qualification.
• Working closely with the existing sales team.
• Record all opportunities, quotes and communications in the SAP Business One system.
• Contact customers to promote and raise awareness of new products as they are launched

Location: Borehamwood

Salary: £27,000 - £28,000

Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm Monday - Thursday / 09:00 - 16:00pm Fridays

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the marketing director
• Maintain ongoing dialog with regular and lapsed customers in order to remain their first choice for future opportunities
• Ongoing contact management via telephone and email with the prospect database
• Cleansing of the prospect database
• Managing and overcoming gatekeepers
• Identifying key decision makers
• Providing relevant product information to decision makers
• Lead generation, qualification and passing to sales team for follow up
• Timely follow up calls and emails subsequent to sending out information to gauge interest
• Ongoing improvement and refining of lead qualification
• Working closely with the existing sales team
