About your team:

At British Gas, our mission is to sell and mend energy solutions.

We power 1 in 3 UK homes and are making homes greener and more energy efficient through smart tech like thermostats, heat pumps, solar panels, and EV chargers, along with our Peak Save programme to reward better energy use.

About your role:

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of Gas Engineers, ensuring our customers receive help when needed. You will play a key role in our Service Promise of same-day fixes.

Base salary is £43,733 plus up to £6,000 London weighting allowance, with an uncapped OTE of around £60,000 through our reward scheme.

Representing British Gas, you'll attend service visits or complex breakdowns, with support from managers and colleagues. Experience with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• A focus on providing outstanding customer experience
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• 3 years of fault finding and diagnosis experience
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on various systems
