About your role:

We need Service & Repair engineers to join our team of experienced Gas Engineers, ensuring customers receive help when needed. You will play a key role in our Service Promise: same-day fixes for customers.

Base salary is £43,733 plus up to £6,000 London weighting allowance (dependent on area), with uncapped OTE — £60,000 (including LWA) is a realistic expectation through our reward scheme.

You will represent British Gas in customers’ homes, supporting them during service visits or complex breakdowns. Experience working with various boilers and heating systems is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• A focus on providing outstanding customer experience
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1) or equivalent in plumbing or heating
• At least 3 years’ experience in fault finding and diagnosis
• Electrical knowledge, including wiring and fault finding on S-plan, Y-plan, and combination systems and boilers
