Attega Group Ltd in Portchester is seeking a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage a small, busy portfolio of engineering, technical, and office-based roles, delivering 1-on-1 service to UK-based businesses.

The role offers a basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience, plus uncapped commission. We support hybrid working, half-day Fridays, flexitime, 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays and your birthday off) and a range of

Competenze

• Recruitment experience required, preferably from an engineering or technical background.
• Strong time management and organisational skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Prioritize client requests and assignments, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
• Take job profiles, understand descriptions, and maintain client relationships.
• Source candidates using social media and Boolean search on job boards.
• Review applications and prescreen candidates by phone/video.
• Format CVs and write candidate profiles for clients.
• Support candidates through CV submission and interview prep.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports and present findings to contacts.
• Prepare for and run client update meetings, sharing market insights.
• Conduct 1st stage video interviews where applicable; liaise with hiring managers.
