Job summary

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will collaborate with External Sales Teams and the Service Department, acting as a vital link between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems to process quotations and orders.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing quotations and documentation.
