IMG seeks an operational Technical Project Manager for its Cingularity team in London. You will oversee service delivery, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management to keep complex telecom and broadcast projects on track.

The ideal candidate has PM and service delivery experience in telecom or sports broadcast, proficiency with Office 365/G-Suite, and hands-on use of ClickUp, Wrike or Asana. PRINCE2 is a plus.

Cingularity is a highly specialised global fibre network provider enabling the transmission of premium live broadcast TV. IMG Media acquired Cingularity in September 2022 to provide the expertise to guide IMG’s remote production evolution toward a hybrid model of fibre, satellite, cloud and IP.

The Role

Cingularity is seeking an operational Technical Project Manager with a telecommunication or broadcast background to join its team and help pave the way for our development and expansion over the coming years.

You will play a crucial part in Cingularity’s development, ensuring projects are delivered on time while actively involved in service delivery, logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management. You will aid company growth and utilise your knowledge to shape workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management and Service Delivery

• Manage Service Delivery of customer solutions, including engagement with suppliers, ensuring deadlines are met for upcoming events, and permanently deploying solutions.
• Coordinate the delivery of Telecommunication connectivity from order to handoff.
• Coordinate logistics for upcoming events.
• Coordinate quotations and ordering. This includes negotiating with suppliers, obtaining detailed quotations and invoices, inputting data and managing costs.
• Project Management of key projects from initiation to completion, interpreting project requirements, ensuring they’re executed accurately and within the agreed timescales.
• Collaborating with colleagues, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers. Managing the successful delivery of internal and external projects, ensuring that schedules are optimal and maximising the time available while minimising project risk.
• Proactively identify and highlight potential project risks to the management team, including capacity, resource issues and external factors.
• Monitoring projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress/quality, managing issue resolution, and leading activities required to maintain and complete all project documentation.

Knowledge and Experience

• Experience and knowledge in Project Management and Service Delivery for either Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments.
• Expert in Office 365 or G-Suite, with excellent working Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
• Knowledge of Broadcast environments and workflows, including experience working with satellite and broadcast operators.
• Experience with modern project management applications such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike and Asana.
• Familiar with Telecommunications Products and Technologies. (Wavelength, Dark fibre, Managed Ethernet).
• Skills in technical /non-technical documentation writing, including Project scoping, Executive summaries, and Status reports.
• Proven experience in Project Management or Service Delivery within a related industry.
• PRINCE2 Qualifications are advantageous.
