The Role

As Technical Event Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of the technical elements of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to completion.

• Manage and nurture relationships with clients across multiple projects
• Design technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
• Develop comprehensive technical specs and kit lists
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and on-site operations teams
• Liaise with external suppliers and rental partners as needed
• Schedule and manage freelance technical crews
• Oversee on-site installations and ensure flawless live delivery
• Manage budgets and track production costs throughout

About You

We are seeking someone with solid experience in live event technical production, ideally gained within an AV supplier or creative production agency.

You should be comfortable working directly with clients, confident in creating technical documentation, and experienced in managing technical delivery across various venue types, especially London's unique event spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow within a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience with historic venues across London is also desirable.
