The Role

As Technical Event Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of the technical aspects of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from concept to completion.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing and nurturing client relationships across multiple projects
• Designing technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
• Developing technical specifications and kit lists
• Preparing risk assessments and method statements
• Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and on-site teams
• Liaising with external suppliers and rental partners
• Scheduling and managing freelance technical crews
• Overseeing on-site installations and ensuring flawless live delivery
• Managing budgets and tracking production costs

About You

You should have solid experience in live event technical production, preferably from an AV supplier or creative production agency.

You must be comfortable working directly with clients, creating technical documentation, and managing technical delivery across various venue types, especially London's unique event spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment. Experience with historic venues across London is also desirable.
