The Role

As Technical Event Project Manager, you will lead planning and execution of the technical aspects of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with clients across multiple projects
• Designing technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
• Developing technical specifications and kit lists
• Preparing risk assessments and method statements
• Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and on-site teams
• Liaising with external suppliers and rental partners
• Scheduling and managing freelance technical crews
• Overseeing on-site installations and live delivery
• Managing budgets and tracking costs

About You

Ideal candidates will have solid experience in live event technical production, preferably within an AV supplier or creative agency. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, creating technical documentation, and managing technical delivery in various venues, especially historic venues across London.
