The Role

As Technical Event Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of the technical aspects of live events, ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Managing and nurturing relationships with clients across multiple projects
2. Designing technical production approaches aligned with creative briefs
3. Developing technical specifications and equipment lists
4. Preparing risk assessments and method statements
5. Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and on-site teams
6. Liaising with external suppliers and rental partners
7. Scheduling and managing freelance technical crews
8. Overseeing on-site installations and live delivery
9. Managing budgets and tracking costs throughout the project

About You

You should have solid experience in live event technical production, preferably from an AV supplier or creative agency background.

You must be comfortable working directly with clients, creating technical documentation, and managing technical delivery across various venue types, especially London's historic venues.
