Job summary

Fora Space Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure) to lead delivery of technology infrastructure projects across its expanding portfolio. You will report to the Director of Technology Infrastructure and drive projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.

The role suits someone with a background in infrastructure delivery within flexible workspace environments, strong planning, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers.
• Strong project planning, risk management and governance skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills.
• Experience in flexible workspace, property, construction or infrastructure environments.
• Experience delivering network refreshes or major infrastructure upgrades.

The Role

Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

We're looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology infrastructure projects across our growing portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Infrastructure, you'll manage multiple projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget and to a high standard. From new workspace fit-outs and technology refreshes to network upgrades and infrastructure deployments, you'll work closely with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to bring projects to life.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation and collaboration, and has a strong background in technology infrastructure project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
