Job summary

Fora is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects across our rapidly growing UK workspace portfolio. You will drive delivery from initiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to meet time, budget and quality targets.

Reporting to the Director of Technology Infrastructure, you will develop plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts, maintain clear communications with stakeholders, and ensure projects align with Fora's technology strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology infrastructure projects.
• Experience delivering technology solutions within office fit-outs, building refurbishments or workplace environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with cabling, networking, AV, WiFi and telecoms providers.
• Strong project planning, risk management and governance skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across the business.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies and budgets.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Define testing, acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Support improvements to project governance, standards and delivery methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with business priorities and technology strategy.
