Job summary

Copello Global is seeking a capable Programme Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects in defence/maritime environments. The role requires eligibility for UK Security Clearance and will involve close collaboration with engineering teams, Project Managers and customers in Portsmouth, UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programmes in defence, maritime or complex engineering environments.
• Ability to oversee multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer, stakeholder and leadership skills.
• Experience managing programme budgets, costs and delivery performance.
• Excellent planning, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Manage programme plans, schedules, risks, dependencies and milestones.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Oversee programme finances, including cost forecasting, budgeting and performance.
• Support bids, proposals and new business activity.
• Manage resource requirements and delivery priorities.
• Provide programme updates to senior stakeholders.
