Job summary

WES is seeking a Project Manager in Pontyclun to lead complex chemical dosing projects from inception to delivery. You will work with the client and multidisciplinary teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with the highest safety and quality standards.

This role emphasizes proactive stakeholder engagement, engineering oversight, and rigorous project governance in a UK industrial context. The ideal candidate holds an engineering qualification with a proven PM track record, strong planning

Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management within engineering or supervision.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Good interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects to hit client installation and delivery dates.
• Manage design, schedules and calculations to meet performance.
• Control project costs and margins, procurement, and budget.
• Coordinate change and variation management and contract admin.
• Ensure safety and compliance with HSEQ policies and standards.
• Prepare docs for workshop manufacture and site installation.
• Lead regular project reviews and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate commissioning, certification, and close-out paperwork.
• Interpret and apply contract and client expectations.
