Job summary

Technify Talent in Reading is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions across software, infrastructure, and sensor technologies. You will combine strong technical know-how with customer engagement to ensure projects deliver measurable business value.

You will guide cross-functional teams in Agile environments, manage budgets and plans, and provide clear governance and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex technical projects using Agile methodologies.
Degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders.
Knowledge of governance, risk, quality assurance and change control.
Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.
Provide technical leadership across solution design, systems integration, software development, infrastructure deployment, and testing activities.
Lead and motivate cross-functional Agile project teams, facilitating delivery ceremonies and promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage project plans, product backlogs, release schedules, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
Oversee quality assurance, governance, reporting, and project documentation, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
