Job summary
Taylor & Francis is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery within our domain-based delivery model. You will lead governance, agile facilitation, and servant leadership across waterfall, agile, and hybrid approaches to deliver strategic publishing technology initiatives.
You'll collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, Architecture, Engineering and Business colleagues to deliver defined capabilities, while managing scope, budget, and risks and mentoring teams for
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering software initiatives in dynamic agile environments.
- Experience delivering multiple projects across the full delivery lifecycle.
- Strong working knowledge of agile/scrum frameworks and ceremonies.
- Experience with project governance: scope, schedule, RAID, and reporting.
- Familiarity with distributed or third-party development teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern delivery roadmaps, milestones, and success criteria.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach teams on agile values.
- Lead end-to-end product development and initiative delivery.
- Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies across domains.
- Engage with stakeholders across business, technology, and product teams.
