Job summary

Technify Talent Limited is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of complex technology projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle from design to testing, deployment and handover, using Agile methods to ensure value and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with customers, technology partners and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across software, infrastructure, sensor tech, security systems and operational platforms, on

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical projects using Agile methodologies.
Experience with AgilePM (DSDM) or similar Agile delivery frameworks.
Strong technical background across software development, systems engineering, or infrastructure.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile PM tools.
Solid governance, risk, QA, and change control practices.
Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused delivery with a focus on delivering high-value outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
Act as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining strong working relationships.
Provide technical leadership across solution design, systems integration, software development, infrastructure deployment, and testing activities.
Lead and motivate cross-functional Agile project teams, facilitating delivery ceremonies and promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage project plans, product backlogs, release schedules, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
Oversee quality assurance, governance, reporting, and project documentation, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders.
