Job summary

Tech Holding is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects with rigorous governance and clear accountability. The role requires 5–6 years hands-on project management, cross-functional leadership, and strong Agile/Scrum practices.

You will stand up end-to-end projects, manage risk, and provide executive reporting to align with strategy and budget.

Qualifications

5–6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment.
Strong working knowledge of various tech stacks and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

Stand up projects end-to-end with clear scope, objectives, success metrics and governance.
Create and maintain governance artifacts (charter, RACI, RAID, decision log, integrated plan).
Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations.
Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones, dependencies and risks.
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
Provide executive reporting on delivery status and business impact.
Ensure alignment to strategy, budget, and roadmap; transition to operations after delivery.
