Job summary

IBU seeks a seasoned Project Delivery Lead to drive multi-OSS and Network delivery projects across design, implementation, and operational handover. You will manage budgets, risks and stakeholders while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring telecom OSS expertise, PRINCE2/PMP or Agile certifications, and a track record of delivering complex transformation programs in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical delivery and system integration experience in telecom OSS.
• Experience with large-scale technology transformation projects using Agile/Waterfall.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end.
• Own delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and quality expectations.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues and change requests.
• Drive governance, steering committees and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Architects, SMEs, Engineering and Operations teams.

Job description

• Strong Technical Delivery and System Integration experience, preferably within Telecom OSS and Network domains.
• Proven Project Management experience using tools such as MS Project (MPP), Pega, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Experience managing network change control and release management activities.
• Experience working with Cyber Security teams, architects and control functions to ensure delivery compliance and security assurance.
• Experience managing project financials, budget forecasts, actuals tracking and cost governance.
• Strong vendor and supplier management capability.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous delivery environments.
• Telecom experience highly preferred.
• Strong Telecom and OSS domain expertise is a key differentiator.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end.
• Own delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance.

• Drive governance, steering committees and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Business Sponsors, Architects, SMEs, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Own project budget management, cost tracking, forecasting and financial governance activities.
• Lead engagement with Cyber Security teams to ensure all project deliverables meet security and compliance requirements.
• Support Connectivity and Network implementation activities, including:
• Preparation and management of communication matrices (Comms Matrix).
• Coordination of implementation, rollout and deployment activities.
• Stakeholder communications before, during and after implementation windows.
• Go-live readiness and implementation governance.
• Support release planning, deployment and live implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across delivery processes.
