Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end customer projects within our technology services delivery team in the United Kingdom. You will own project plans, timelines, risk logs and governance reports, and will be the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience creating and managing project documentation, including project plans, status updates, risk logs and governance reports.
• Proven ability to identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead customer meetings and project reviews.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and resources effectively.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, scope and delivery outcomes.
• Experience working within an MSP, technology services or IT environment, ideally delivering infrastructure, cloud, networking, security or managed services projects.
• Nice to have: PRINCE2 Foundation / Practitioner.
• Nice to have: APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
