We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dedicated team at Taylor Wimpey. This role is pivotal within our specialist cladding remediation department, focusing on assessing and remediating medium and high-rise buildings to enhance fire safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, including design, planning, H&S, contract negotiation, and construction.
• Work collaboratively with third-party building owners to procure suitable remediation schemes.
• Ensure compliance with internal CDM processes, external regulatory bodies, and statutory obligations.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, design teams, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee project budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or professional qualification in property, development, construction, or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex construction projects, especially in residential settings.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and knowledge of UK construction legislation and standards.
