Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology-enabled transformation programmes in financial services, payments, or regulated environments.
• Experience as Technical Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Technology teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology with system integrations, APIs, digital channels or authentication solutions.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives within the payments and digital channels domain.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across product, architecture, engineering, testing, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and business stakeholders to drive delivery execution.
• Facilitate and challenge discussions relating to technical design, architecture, integrations, implementation approaches, and delivery plans.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, teams, systems, and external partners.
• Drive governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, reporting, and delivery oversight activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery, technology, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Coordinate testing, implementation planning, release readiness, and go-live activities.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives, customer outcomes, security requirements, and commercial priorities.
• Provide clear communication and status reporting to senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.

Required Experience

• Proven experience delivering complex technology-enabled transformation programmes within financial services, payments, digital banking, or regulated environments.
• Experience operating as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Technical Programme Manager, or similar delivery leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Technology teams.
• Experience managing large-scale technology delivery involving system integrations, APIs, customer-facing platforms, digital channels, or authentication solutions.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles, technology dependencies, testing strategies, release management, and implementation planning.
