Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technology-enabled transformation programmes in financial services, payments, or regulated environments.
• Experience as Technical Project Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and Technology teams.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology with system integrations, APIs, digital channels or authentication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives within the payments and digital channels domain.
• Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across product, architecture, engineering, testing, operational readiness, and implementation activities.
• Partner with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Leads, and stakeholders to drive delivery execution.
• Facilitate discussions on technical design, architecture, integrations, implementation approaches, and delivery plans.
• Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, teams, systems, and external partners.
• Drive governance, milestone tracking, RAID management, reporting, and delivery oversight.
