Job summary

Recruit Mint Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to keep complex technical projects on track from requirements through delivery on mission-critical products for aviation and defence sectors. You will coordinate activities, steer development teams, manage documentation, risk and prototypes, and work with technical authorities and third-party providers to maintain momentum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical subject required or preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels.
• Experience in design engineering and embedded software desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and organising project activities to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes
• Generating and maintaining essential project documentation
• Monitoring and reporting project status in collaboration with the technical authority
• Assisting in project requirement generation and documentation
• Scheduling activities to keep projects aligned with the product roadmap
• Identifying and documenting project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Managing prototypes and ensuring equipment availability
• Organising and leading project review meetings
• Handling multiple concurrent projects and keeping operations running smoothly
• Building strong relationships with third-party providers to ensure timely coordination
