Recruit Mint Ltd. is seeking a Production Engineer to bridge engineering and production, leading new product introduction and refining production test systems for complex electronic products used in high-tech communications.

You will align manufacturing and test processes with product engineering and supply chain teams. The role focuses on manufacturability, efficiency improvements, and collaboration with subcontractors to ensure smooth transitions from design to manufacture, while delivering

Qualifications

• Engineering or science degree or equivalent qualification.
• Expertise in production engineering focused on manufacturing and testing complex electronic products.
• Proven ability to manage risks in engineering projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, team-building and communication skills.
• Pragmatic approach with excellent problem-solving, decision-making and planning abilities.
• Customer and results-oriented mindset delivering solutions aligned with business goals.
• Experience in product design and testing of electronic products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introduction into production coordinating with Product Engineering, Production and Supply Chain.
• Enhance development with focus on manufacturability and testability.
• Design and refine production test systems to meet requirements.
• Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency.
• Maintain and support production processes and test systems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing subcontractors to synchronise processes.
