Job summary

Engine By Starling Limited is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, inter-dependent projects across Engineering, Product, and client delivery partners. You will maintain real-time delivery plans, identify risks, and drive improvements in processes to ensure high-standard service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end project or programme management within tech or financial services.
• Ability to work directly with Engineering and Product teams to deliver complex SaaS solutions.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach to programme delivery in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex, inter-dependent projects across multiple teams.
• Bridge Engineering, Clients and Delivery partners to ensure real-time delivery plans.
• Identify risks of over-commitment and maintain achievable timelines.
• Own relationships with external parties such as vendors and payment schemes.
• Provide reporting and metrics for delivery progress and plan tracking.
• Continuously monitor processes and implement improvements.
