Job summary

RWS is seeking a Technical Programme Manager to orchestrate end-to-end migrations between core technology platforms. You will work with Delivery Leads, Senior Engineers and Product Management to ensure interfaces align, data moves correctly and dependencies are sequenced for a successful migration.

You will not own the detailed architecture, but you will ensure a coherent programme across teams, managing risks, readiness criteria and cross-system contracts to deliver the desired outcomes for

• Strong understanding of software delivery, systems integration and APIs.
• Experience leading complex technical programmes across multiple teams.
• Ability to translate a technical landscape into clear plans and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex migration programmes across core technology platforms.
• Maintain end-to-end view: systems, data flows, dependencies and ownership.
• Coordinate plans across teams to deliver a coherent programme.
• Resolve cross-team technical gaps and surface dependencies early.
• Drive readiness plans, milestones, cutover and transition activities.
• Provide senior stakeholders with progress, risks and decisions.
